Newhaven, Peacehaven and Seaford Lions Club are part of the International Association of Lions Clubs. Lions are members of community service clubs, dedicated to the idea that the men and women who live in a community are in the best position to know who needs help and why.
About Us
This local club is part of the world’s largest service organisation Lions Clubs International, and falls within the multiple district of British Isles and Ireland.

The N.P.S. Lions since its foundation has run an extensive Youth Programme.

Booksales are held at various venues within the 3 towns with the main one taking place at Paradise Park. Check website for our 2024 dates.
The association is both non-political and non-sectarian. The LIONS’ motto is “WE SERVE” and its mission statement reads:
“To create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing voluntary services through community involvement and international co-operation”
Our Services
Minibuses
We supply and operate one minibus used by local community groups and individuals.
Spectacle Recycling
We collect old spectacles and hearing aids from local opticians in Seaford and Peacehaven.
Medic Alert Scheme
We make donations to the Medic Alert scheme.
Events
Our Fundraising
All the proceeds from our fundraising activities go towards our services and activities in the community. Administrative costs are borne by the Members themselves through membership fees. Funds raised come from the Donkey Derbies, stalls at Fetes, Easter raffles and Christmas Collections.
