16th Seaford Cub Scouts have been fundraising to purchase a trailer to carry all their equipment when they go camping, and they approached NP&S Lions for a donation.
For some years NP&S Lions had been using a trailer to transport the Santa Sleigh round Peacehaven during December to raise funds for our local community. Sadly, for the last two years, we have ben unable to carry out this service, and our trailer has been languishing in our garage.
We were pleased to be able to give the trailer a new lease of life by offering it to the Cub Scouts, who were delighted to accept our offer. The trailer was officially handed over to Michelle Smith, the Cub Scout leader, and we hope it will provide the Cub Scouts with many years of happy camping.
